Do I need to make an account to order at Kaly Ora?

No, you will receive all the information such as your order and shipping confirmation via e-mail to the address you provide to us when purchasing your swimwear.

Where can I find information about sizing?

We know sizing can be tricky sometime, you can find the size information in the size chart we've designed below. Note that due to our fabric being very tightening, if you fall in between 2 sizes, we advise you to size up. If you are unsure about your sizing please email us at info@kalyora.com or DM us on instagram @kalyora and we will be happy to help you finding your perfect fit.

What payment methods do you accept?

We offer different payment options within our secured payment platform such as Paypal, ApplePay and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard and Amex). You can as well also transfer us money directly via Bancontact, all the information are available when you select you payment method at checkout.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We know the excitement of receiving your swimwear once you've ordered it so don't worry we're doing our best to get them to you in no-time. However, we’re a small team so please allow 3 business days for us to process and pack your order.  


Estimated times for orders to arrive at the destination are as follow: 

Belgium: 6-7 days;

Rest of Europe : 7 – 10 business days

Rest of the world: 11-18 business days



Please note that orders placed during weekends or national holidays may take longer time to be processed and shipped. If you are in a super duper hurry, just contact us at info@kalyora.com or via Instagram @kalyora we will try to figure it out how to send it to you as fast as possible!

I haven’t received my order confirmation

We will send you an order confirmation to your email with the details of your order. If you haven’t received a confirmation within 24 hours after your purchase, please check your spam folder. If you still can’t find anything, please contact us at info@kalyora.com

How can I track my order?

After your order has been shipped you will receive an email with shipping details and a tracking number. You can then visit the shipping carrier’s website to track the status of your deliver.

I didn't get the size right, can I exchange for the right size?

Of course, you can. In order to exchange your item for a different size, please write us an e-mail at info@kalyora.com indicating that you want to exchange your item. We accept exchanges within the next 7 days of reception of your order, all you have to do is pay for the shipping back to us. Please re-use the original package we have sent you, so there's no waste.


For Belgium, France, The Netherlands and Luxemburg, we offer one free size exchange, you only pay for the return fees, we pay for the re-shipping, providing that the goods reach us in time and conditions (unused and the hygiene protection is still intact and attached, as well as the tags). After receiving it, we will send the new size at no extra cost for you. Limited to 1 exchange per order, sales items are not included.

Can I return my order?

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns unless the product would be defective. If you would like to exchange for another design or size, that is however possible.

Where is your swimwear manufactured?

We're proud to be working with an ethical family-owned manufacture located in Bali which offer good working conditions and fair wages, paying employees well over the minimum wage and offering insurance for each employee and also up to 4 family members. As we lived in Asia for two years, Bali was ideal for us to organize best this collection. We have visited them several times and it's always a pleasure to meet with them and learn more about their expertise.

What is your swimwear made out of?

All our swimwear are made of ECONYL®, a 100% regenerated nylon fibre made out of plastic waste that has been rescued from landfills and oceans around such as discarded fishing nets, fabric scraps and other nylon waste.

How do I take care for my swimwear?

Here's some recommendation for your swimwear to last for years:


  1. Wash in cold water, better by hand or delicate mode in the washing machine.
  2. Dry in the shade, do not tumble dry. 
  3. Do not iron.
  4. Wash using a Guppyfriend bas to reduce shedding and micro plastics.

My order is a gift, can I ask for a special wrapping and note?

Of course, we're happy to help you make this a surprise. We only use our biodegradable packaging but you can give us specific instructions such as a personal note or if you don’t want the receipt/bill/invoice to be included in the package. You can indicate it to us in the “comments” section at checkout.
