Duties and taxes will be born by the recipient.

SHIPPING TIME 🚚

Your package is prepared with 24h during the week days. Estimated times for orders to arrive at the destination are as follow: 

• Belgium: 2 days (4-5 days in pickup point)
• France / Netherlands: 2-5 days;
• Rest of Europe : 5 – 7 business days
• Rest of the world: 11-18 business days

Please note that orders placed during weekends or national holidays may take longer time to be processed and shipped. If you are in a super duper hurry, just contact us at info@kalyora.com or via Instagram @kalyora we will try to figure it out how to send it to you as fast as possible! 

RETURNS

We accept unworn, unwashed items with the tags still attached within 15 days of receiving date. If you return your order within 15-29 days, a gift voucher will be issued instead. If we receive you order after 29 days, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a reimbursement.

Please note our returns and refunds policy does not apply to sales.

Note, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the amount reimbursed. 

EXCHANGES

To make a exchange please send us a email with your order number and reason for return at: info@kalyora.com. We are happy to cover the cost of shipping for this exchange et will send you the shipping label to send it back to us.
