Do you ship worldwide?

We ship worldwide!

ZONE 1: 3€ : Belgium

ZONE 2: 5€ : Europe

ZONE 3 : 10: Rest of the world

Duties and taxes will be born by the recipient.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We know the excitement of receiving your swimwear once you've ordered it so don't worry we're doing our best to get them to you in no-time.

Estimated times for orders to arrive at the destination are as follow: 

Belgium: 2 business days;

Rest of Europe : 5 – 8 business days

Rest of the world: 7 - 10 business days

Please note that orders placed during weekends or national holidays may take longer time to be processed and shipped. If you are in a super duper hurry, just contact us at or via Instagram @kalyora we will try to figure it out how to send it to you as fast as possible!

How can I track my order?

After your order has been shipped you will receive an email with shipping details and a tracking number. You can then visit the shipping carrier’s website to track the status of your deliver.

Returns questions

Can I return my order?

We accept unworn, unwashed items with the tags still attached within 15 days of receiving date. Please note our returns and refunds policy does not apply to sales.

Please make your return or exchange via our Return Portal:

Insert the 5 numbers of your order number and the email associated with your account, click on “Find Your Order” and follow the steps.

Note, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

can I exchange for another size or piece?

At the moment you can only exchange in our pop up store (3 Rue Jean Stas, Brussels)

About our swimwear

Where is your swimwear manufactured?

We're proud to be working with two ethical family-owned ateliers, one located close to Porto and the other in Istanbul which offer good working conditions and fair wages, paying employees well over the minimum wage and offering insurance for each employee and also up their family members. We have visited them several times and it's always a pleasure to meet with them.

What is your swimwear made out of?

All our swimwear are made from recycled materials, depending on each collection we used both ECONYL® or REPREVE yarn.

ECONYL®, a 100% regenerated nylon fibre made out of plastic waste that has been rescued from landfills and oceans around such as discarded fishing nets, fabric scraps and other nylon waste.

REPREVE® is a certifiable, traceable, high-performance yarn made out of recycled plastic bottles

How do I take care for my swimwear?

Here's some recommendation for your swimwear to last for years:

💧 Wash in cold water, better by hand or delicate mode in the washing machine.

🌴 Dry in the shade, do not tumble dry. 

❌ Do not iron.

➰ Wash using a Guppyfriend bag to reduce shedding and micro plastics.

About our Activewear

Where is your activewear manufactured?

The atelier is located in Istanbul Turkey. With long experience in the textile sector, three brothers decided to launch their seamless atelier in 2015. With their fully automated seamless technology, we trust them to produce our loungewear with the highest quality. We have visited them last in October 2021.

What is your activewear made out of?

All our activewear are made of REPREVE®, a certifiable, traceable, high-performance yarn made out of recycled plastic bottles diverted from entering into landfills and oceans around the world.
