Due to our limited quantities and no restock, we do not do standard exchanges, if you want to exchange your item for a new size, color or a new model; please ask for a refund and reorder the new item on our e-shop. This will allow you to make sure to have the new item. You can see below how to ask for a refund.
We accept returns again reimbursement within the next 15 days of reception of your order. If 15 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We do reimbursement for all returns again, as long as the goods reach us in time and conditions (unused and the hygiene protection is still intact and attached, as well as the tags). The delivery cost paid during purchase are excluded of reimbusment.
To make a return, simply follow the steps below.
Step 1: Send us an email at email@example.com to mention the reason for your exchange
Step 2: We will send you shipping guidelines.
Step 3: Once we receive your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If your exchange has been approved, we will process with sending you your new item or your refund and send you an email confirmation.
Please note, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded, as well as gift cards.
