✅ What items can be returned or exchanged?

You may return or exchange any item that meets all of the following conditions:

• The item is unworn and unwashed
• Original tags are still attached
• The return is requested within 15 days of the delivery date (or the date your parcel is made available at a pick-up point)

• Your order number
• The item(s) you wish to return or exchange

We'll get back to you quickly with the next steps.

🔄 Exchanges

• Exchanges are free of charge
• You can exchange for a different item or receive store credit
• Store credit is delivered via email to your Kaly Ora account and does not expire

💸 Refunds

• If you prefer a refund, return shipping costs and insurance are your responsibility
• Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days to your original payment method

📦 How to return your item

• You will receive all necessary information by email once you contacted us.
• Please return the item in its original packaging if possible
• We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure safe delivery
