Do you want to return an item?

RETURNS

We accept unworn, unwashed items with the tags still attached within 15 days of receiving date. If you return your order within 15-29 days, a gift voucher will be issued instead. If we receive you order after 29 days, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a reimbursement.

Please note our returns and refunds policy does not apply to sales.

Note, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the amount reimbursed. 

EXCHANGES (FREE)

To make a exchange please send us a email with your order number and reason for exchange at: info@kalyora.com. We are happy to cover the cost of shipping for this exchange et will send you the shipping label to send it back to us.
