Unclaimed parcels
If you don't collect your parcel from the pick-up point in time, it is sent back to us.
- Once we receive it, we refund your order minus €10 in return fees. Initial shipping costs are not refunded.
- If you'd like us to send it again, new shipping costs apply.
- If the parcel does not come back to us, no refund can be issued.

You can return an item if:
- It is unworn and unwashed
- Original tags are still attached
- The return is requested within 15 days of delivery (or pick-up availability)
- The parcel is dropped off at a pick-up point within 7 days of receiving your return label (after this deadline, the refund is issued as store credit)
- Sale items are non-refundable
