Returns

We accept unworn, unwashed items with the tags still attached within 15 days of receiving date. If you return your order within 15-29 days, a gift voucher will be issued instead. If we receive you order after 29 days, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a reimbursement.

Please note our returns and refunds policy does not apply to sales.

How do I return my package?

1. Register your return through our portal on the following link:  https://kaly-ora.returnless.com/fr
2. Insert the #KA and the 4 numbers of your order number (for example: #KA5349) and the email associated with your account, click on “Find Your Order” and follow the steps.
3. Attach your return label to your package and post it.

If you can't find your order number, feel free to contact us at info@kalyora.com.

Note, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item but are free if you choose a coupon and not a refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the amount reimbursed.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded, as well as gift cards.

EXCHANGES

At the moment you can only exchange in our pop up store (3 Rue Jean Stas, Brussels).
